noisy room screeching door
the breakfast was good (i liked the pastries).
The room was not what i expected. i had requested a quiet room, but it faced the street. also, the bathroom door made a loud screeching noise whenever i slid it open or closed. It disrupted my sleep and was very annoying.

The room size was very generous. The shower was spacious. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The staff were very helpful during check in!
The hotel location was not as central as expected, and required a bit of a walk to reach the main attractions.

friendly staff helpful staff clean room public transport unclear gate frustrated receptionist poor coffee
the staff were friendly and accommodating i found this very helpful when i needed directions. the room was clean and well kept i appreciated the attention to detail. i was able to easily access public transport from the hotel this made getting around very simple.
the gate to the garage was not clear i had to ask for assistance. the receptionist seemed frustrated when i asked about parking costs i felt a bit unwelcome. the breakfast coffee was of poor quality i wished there were better options.

fantastic hotel stay!
underground parking quiet room rooftop terrace
The hotel offered underground parking, a great convenience. my room faced away from the busy road, assuring quiet rest. i found the rooftop terrace quite nice, and drink prices seemed fair for a hotel. the staff quickly provided an iron and board. I appreciated that prompt service.
the breakfast selection was a little limited compared to other hotels i have stayed in.

the room was modern and very clean. the bed was excellent and provided an amazing nights rest. my room had good air conditioning, it maintained a comfortable temperature throughout my stay.
